It seems i have entered the age of separations. It makes me realise how little I understand about people and that life has its problems for everyone. I have a pretty good case for feeling hard done by over the last couple of years but I really don't know that I am. I am just working things out same as everyone else. I can see my state of mind often by what I listen to.

Your right, i think we (people) are all pretty complicated and the challenge is to keep allowing others in on our 'journeys' so we dont live them alone.
i read recently about some of the 'truths of manhood '
Life is hard.
You are not that important.
Your life is not about you.
You are not in control of the outcome.
A little depressing but i think the idea is if we can understand and accept some of those truths then it can help us do life.
